Educational Assistant

As a parent I appreciated SCS for the safe and caring learning environment that partnered with our Christian home in instilling godly values and strong academic standards with my own children. Prior to this position, in the kindergarten class, I volunteered for many years with the school in the capacity of the hot lunch committee, year-end barbeques, teaching art, and assisted with the school library. I love being a part of this school community and providing assistance to the teachers in various ways and being able to engage with students, especially in the primary grades. One of my favourite verses is Psalm 139:13, 14, which says “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.  I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
